Using if:
We would agree to a 5% discount if you increase your order to 5,000 pieces.
Alternatives:
We would agree to a 5% discount provided you increase your order to 5,000 pieces.
We would agree to a 5% discount on condition that you increase your order to 5,000 pieces.
I’m afraid we can’t offer you a 5% discount unless you increase your order to 5,000 pieces.
